的 司法服务 Department provides two community based corrections programs for adult offenders, Recidivism Reduction 服务 (RRS), 和 Reentry Program. Individuals must be at least 18 years old, 达勒姆郡 residents and on supervised probation, post-release supervision or parole. 

Recidivism Reduction 服务 (RRS) is intended to provide cognitive behavioral programming, substance use disorder services and linkages to community resources for 的 high risk adult offender population located in 达勒姆郡 for 的 North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC). Through 的 use of 的se programs, it is 的 intent of NCDAC to reduce recidivism 和 rate of probation and post release supervision revocations. 

的 Reentry Program is designed to facilitate 的 smooth return of offenders into 的 community after incarceration in 的 NC prison system. 的 program provides various support services through collaborative supervision without compromising public safety. This program works in partnership with 的 Durham Police Department, 社会监督的, 的 假释委员会 和 Religious Coalition for a Non-Violent Durham.

• Responsible for follow-up of clients’ participation
